• First off Enable USB Debugging For That Go To Settings >> About Phone >> Now Tap On Build Number 6-7 Times >> Now Go Back >> Go To Advanced Settings >> Developer Options >> Enable USB Debugging
•  Now Download Custom ROM For Honor 8X From Google.
• Move The ROM File To Your Phone Internal Storage
• Next Power Off Your Device >> After That Boot Into CWM Recovery

• Now Scroll Down  >> Select “Wipe Cache Partition” >> Select “Yes”
• After That Go To “Install Zip” Option >> Select “Choose Zip From /sdcard” >> And Navigate To Place Where You Have Placed Your ROM File >> Select ROM File >> And Select “Yes”
• It May Takes 10-15 Minutes To Flash The ROM On Your Honor 8X
• During The Entire Process Do Not Touch Your Device
• Once The Flashing Process Done >> Go Back >> And Select “Reboot System Now” >> And Select “Yes”
